"Decent Options, but Could Use More Variety"
Overall, the selection was okay and I found some decent stuff. To be fair, what they do have isn’t bad at all, I just think it would be better if there were more choices to pick from.

The site was kind of frustrating to use. It was hard to browse around, and the pages loaded slowly for me. I kept wondering if I was missing something or about to get fooled somehow, which didn’t make me feel very confident while using it

"Save your time and skip this one"
I wish I had saved my time and looked somewhere else. The items looked way nicer online than they did in person, and once everything arrived, the quality just didn’t feel worth the price. On top of that, customer service took forever to respond. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t order from Riley Home again.

"Return was easy"
The return process was easy overall. I’ve dealt with returns from other places before that were way more frustrating, so this was a nice change. The exchange did take a while to go through, but everything worked out in the end

"Delivery was a bit frustrating"
The items themselves were nice enough, but the delivery experience was unreliable. The date kept changing, and it ended up arriving later than they originally said. I had to keep checking for updates myself, which got annoying. Not saying it’s a scam, but the lack of clear communication definitely made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure how the fit would hold up, but it’s actually good overall. The sizing was mostly right, though it did get a little snug after washing. Still, it’s comfortable enough that I can’t really complain.

I was excited to try this, but as soon as I took it out and felt the fabric, I was disappointed. It felt a lot rougher than I expected and kind of cheap, especially for the price. I was hoping for something soft and cozy, but it just didn’t feel nice on my skin at all. After that, I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

"Really nice sheets for the price"
I ordered a set of sheets from Riley, i was happy with them. They’re not the cheapest sheets out there, but the quality feels better than other ones I’ve bought around the same price. Shipping was smooth, too, and everything arrived fine. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Messy site and way too many steps"
Using the website was frustrating. The layout feels cluttered, the photos and text don’t really line up nicely, and it took too many steps just to browse around or get where I wanted to go. For a home brand, I expected the site to feel cleaner and easier to shop. It just wasn’t a smooth experience for me

"Packaging made me a little nervous"
I ordered from Riley Home and when the box arrived, it looked like it had been through a lot. One corner was crushed, so I was a little worried opening it and kept checking to make sure nothing was missing or damaged.
Thankfully, everything inside seemed mostly okay, which was a relief. Still, for the price, I expected the packaging to feel a bit more secure. It wasn’t awful, but I’d feel better ordering again if they used sturdier boxes or added more padding.

It’s really soft and comfortable overall, but I did notice it can get a bit warm after a while. Not a dealbreaker for me, just something to keep in mind if you tend to overheat.

I reached out for help but unfortunately never heard back. I understand things can get busy, but it was a bit disappointing since I still haven’t been able to get the issue resolved.

"Nice at first, but not worth the price"
I was happy with my Riley Home sheets at first, they felt soft and looked really nice on the bed. But after just a few months of regular washing, they started feeling thinner, and one of the corner seams is already coming apart. For how much they cost, that’s disappointing. They’re not terrible, but they don’t feel like they held up the way they should have. I don’t think I’d buy them again.

I wanted these to work out, but after just one wash the fabric felt noticeably rougher and kind of off compared to how it was when it arrived. I’m careful with stuff like this because I don’t want to ruin anything and then blame the product unfairly.

I followed the care label exactly, so I don’t think this was from anything I did wrong. For the price, I expected them to hold up better, and I’d probably be hesitant to buy again unless the washability improves.

I ordered a few bedding items and most of them showed up just fine, but one of the pillowcases was the wrong color. It wasn’t a huge deal, sorta more annoying than anything since I had double-checked my order before placing it. Shipping was okay overall. I’d maybe order again, but I’d hope they pay a little closer attention next time.

"Nice sheets, but the details could’ve been clearer"
The sheets feel really nice and the stitching looks solid so far, so I’m happy with the quality overall. They do feel a bit pricey, though. I also wish the product info had been clearer upfront, because I had to dig around more than I should’ve to figure out exactly what I was getting, which was a little annoying.

"Refund took a bit longer than I thought"
I had to get a refund for something, and it ended up taking longer than I expected. Support did reply eventually, but the wait between messages felt long. I did get my money back in the end, so it was sorted, just kind of annoying while it was happening
